Private Pay Practice

Transforming Roots Counseling is currently a private pay practice and does not accept insurance at this time. This allows therapy to remain more personalized, flexible, and focused on your unique needs without limitations often placed by insurance providers.

Transforming Roots Counseling plans to accept insurance in the future. However, all services are currently self-pay.

Super bills & Out-of-Network Reimbursement

Upon request, clients may receive a super bill to submit to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Please note:

• Reimbursement is not guaranteed

• Clients are responsible for contacting their insurance provider directly regarding eligibility, coverage, and reimbursement questions

• Clients are responsible for all fees regardless of insurance reimbursement outcomes

We encourage clients to verify:

• Out-of-network mental health benefits

• Deductibles

• Reimbursement percentages

• Required documentation

Couples Therapy$150
